1000 Kingzz Auto provides automotive repair, maintenance, performance, fabrication, and track-preparation services. All quotes and estimates are provided in good faith based on the information and vehicle condition available at the time. Final pricing may change if additional work, parts, or issues are discovered once work begins; we will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.
Parts installed during service are subject to availability and to the manufacturer's or supplier's specifications and warranty terms. Nothing in these Terms extends, modifies, or replaces any warranty offered by a parts manufacturer or supplier.
Vehicles left for service must be picked up promptly once work is complete and payment is made. Vehicles left more than a reasonable period after notification of completion may be subject to storage fees as permitted by Florida law.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing before work begins. We may retain possession of a vehicle until payment is made, as permitted under Florida law.
Workmanship concerns should be reported to us promptly so we can inspect and address them. Except as expressly stated or required by law, services and products are provided "as is," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Performance and racing modifications are performed at the customer's request and risk; modified components may affect factory warranties, emissions compliance, and street legality, which are the customer's responsibility to understand.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1000 Kingzz Auto's total liability arising out of any service or sale shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service or product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, towing, or lodging.
